The Big Reveal! Before & After
Here are the photos of the RV from the seller's post on RV Trader for sale.
Notice:
The various colors and types of wood flooring and cabinetry
Incomplete framing of the fireplace
Refrigerator wood paneling
Dinette table jankiness
Early 2000s era curtains and fabric & wood framing around the bedroom & living room slideouts...
Now, here are the After photos:
Notice:
Custom coat rack above the entrance.
New curtains around the windshield
The flooring, slide-out framing, my desk, the dinette table, the console above the cab, and custom sink-cover cutting board are all hickory (the floor a vinyl).
The cabinetry is all a uniform gray through kitchen, living room, and bedroom.
A knife magnet hangs below the microwave.
A contrast wall behind the dinette has been wall papered with a blue/gray floral design.
One of the dinette legs has been wrapped in sisal rope as a cat scratching post.
The fireplace is fully framed.
The fridge panels have been replaced with steel panels that we'll cover in stickers memorializing our travels and turn into wall art when we are done.
The bathroom is wall papered in a grey and white deer pattern.
New black hooks & towel hangers throughout.
Custom cat litter cut out under the bed with a little French door.
Custom hanging catio outside the bedroom window.
Other notable upgrades not pictured:
We replaced the dead lighter outlets in the cab with caps that say "fire missile" and "eject"
Michael built custom cubby containers for the bedroom cabinets.
Michael replaced the closet rod & added shelving in the bedroom closet.
Installed various new hooks, charging ports, cup holders, etc. in uniform colors.
Several new light fixtures.
Buffed the dinginess out of the headlights
Replaced the broken tail light
And applied more caulk than you could imagine in all the crevasses and crevices on the top, bottom, interior, and undercarriage.....
